The Full Story
Hello! My name is Siya Saha (asimpleghost)!

I am a producer, QA specialist, and game designer focused on building structured, collaborative, and player-centered development environments.
My work centers on coordinating teams, supporting production pipelines, and improving game quality through testing and iteration. I approach development as a systems-driven process, where communication, organization, and clear workflows are essential to turning creative ideas into playable and polished experiences.
I have experience leading production across multiple teams within student-led studios, where I have managed concurrent game projects and supported the organization of large-scale game jams. This work has involved coordinating team leads, supporting scope and scheduling decisions, and maintaining production clarity across multiple development cycles.
In addition to leadership, I contribute directly to development through QA and game design. My experience includes building testing workflows, identifying gameplay and balance issues, documenting feedback, and supporting iteration through structured playtesting. I have also contributed to gameplay systems design, working on mechanics and features intended to improve player engagement and accessibility.
My work spans academic projects, collaborative studio environments, and professional development contexts, including my internship at Team Trivia, where I have contributed to live production workflows through both design and QA.
I am currently completing my degree at the Creative Media Industries Institute at Georgia State University in Game Design and Sociology, where I focus on game production, real-time pipelines, and collaborative development practices.
I am particularly interested in roles in production, QA, and game design where I can support team workflows, contribute to development pipelines, and help deliver polished, player-focused experiences within collaborative studio environments.
